DIY Rainbow Pegboard

DIY Rainbow PegboardWell, I finally decided to get my act together and organize my craft supplies. Boxes of clutter just weren’t cutting it anymore. There’s just something about visually seeing everything as a whole that makes it easier to keep everything in it’s place. At least that’s what I’m telling myself so I can keep this rainbow pegboard up in my studio. Because what day isn’t made better by a rainbow?!

This is another fun project I did for the West Elm blog AND it’s a tinnyyy sneak peek inside my studio. I’ll have the full reveal for you next week (OMG FINALLY), but for now, here’s how to give your supplies a colorful and organized home!

how to make millennial pink sheetsIt seems that the minute I think I’m finished decorating a room, I already want to redo it. Thanks Pinterest. Because it’s ridiculous to spend that much money and to mix things up that often, I’ve found that sometimes the small changes can go a long way. DIY Colorful Canvas Pin Boards

Learn how to make these colorful canvas pin boards for your office in 30 minutes!Alright friends, so! I’ve been hard at work in my studio over these past few weeks and have some fun DIYS + a full tour of my office on the way! I’ve been fortunate to have West Elm as a partner for the past year and a half (remember my bedroom and living room makeovers?) and we’ve teamed up again on the studio. I cannot wait to share all the colorful goodness that we came up with, but for now, let’s start with these fun DIY canvas pin boards because I am obsessed!

As much as I love looking for inspiration online, there’s still something so cathartic about flipping through a magazine or catalog and cutting out those eye catching images, especially when working with a glass of wine in hand. Not only is it a fun way to unplug and unwind, but it’s a great low-cost way to decorate any creative space. If you’re looking for a way to display your finds, but want to use something a little different than the traditional cork board, try this project!

Before leaving I thought it would be fun to make a colorful luggage tag. If you have any other trips planned before fall sets in, and you want to make one for yourself, here’s how: Continue reading…
