Materials: fringe wand or garland, scissors
Before 2013 comes to a close, grab your scissors & a fringe wand to make your own confetti!
I picked these fringe wands up at my local party store for about forty cents a piece. You can also use a fringe garland or even crepe paper if you can’t find them.
Take your scissors and cut the fringe, alternating size pieces as you go. Repeat until all colors are done!
