Time: 2 hours + dry time
Materials: wood, scroll saw, sand paper, pencil, clear satin topcoat gel, rag, drill
Well if I wasn’t in love with the scroll saw after making these geometric photo holders, I certainly am now! While this project was far more time consuming than any other diy I’ve shared on here, I must admit that I’m completely in love with the end result. And if you’re thinking this project is out of your skill-level, think again! Head on over the Poppytalk for the full tutorial.

I’m completely in love with it, too. Heading over now to check it out!!!
Yay, thanks Amy!
This is so brilliant! I’m not sure I trust myself with a scroll saw (I’m such a klutz) but I’m tempted to give it a go anyway because the end result is so beautiful!
Oh you must! The scroll saw is the one power tool where I feel pretty comfortable even as a beginner (minimal risk). I would love to see what you come up with Stephanie!
Niiiiiiiice! That’s some sweet type right there. Do want!!
Yay, thank you so much! Love a good Brannboll Fet :)
Impressive!! Nice job :)

Those are big words coming from the queen of wood projects! Thanks Lidy!
I am really impressed that you did that by hand, it’s fantastic! I want to try it out!
Thank you so much Rebecca! And you should give it a go; it’s much easier than you might think :)
Love it! I made a similar one a while ago, but just used a jigsaw. http://littlehouseonthecorner.com/diy-wooden-script-art/
That is unreal! I can’t believe how similar they are (didn’t see it yours until just now!). It looks beautiful and I love the yellow paint that you used. Thanks for sharing :)
Haha, great minds obviously think alike! ;)
Love it!
