Time: 45 minutes, including dry time
Materials: watercolor paper, heart punch, food coloring, twine, tape
1. Brush water onto your watercolor paper, the more the better. Then, before the water dries, add your food color drops. A few drops go a long way.
2. Let dry.
3. Once dry, use the heart punch to make your cutouts.
4. Measure the amount of twine you’ll need so your garland will be centered.
5. Tape your hearts to your twine.
