Friday LinksHappy Friday friends! And it’s the first weekend of October, so I hope you have your bucket list of fall activities written down and ready to go! It’s going to be warm in NYC this weekend, but we’re still going to manage to squeeze in an apple festival because, duh. Whether you’re carving pumpkins or having a hard cider or two, here are some links you won’t want to miss:

– Such a creative reuse for toy blocks

– Totally obsessed with this console makeover

– I’ll take a dozen of these s’mores cupcakes.

– I need to give gold foil paper a try because this vase is beautiful!

PS On an unrelated note, I know that the news this week and last (and let’s be honest, this whole year) has been too overwhelming to bear. But to all the survivors out there: I hear you. I believe you. I’m there for you. Thank you for speaking out.

Friday LinksHappy, happy Friday friends! And man am I glad it’s the weekend. We’re having Ryan’s family over for a housewarming on Sunday, so I’ve been super busy trying to get the apartment in order before they come. I think I’ll be able to pull it off AND it also means that I’m one step closer to sharing room reveals with you!  Sometimes you just have to set a deadline to kick it in gear, am I right?! Whether you’ll be spending the next few days relaxing, getting errands done, or decorating for fall, here are some links you won’t want to miss:

Friday LinksHappy Friday friends! I am back from the book tour, a little recharged, and ready to get back into the swing of things! All my attention is now on decorating our new space (we ended up being in the car for more days than we were in the apartment before we left), and I can’t wait to share the projects I’ve been working on! Mood boards, DIYS, and room reveals will be coming at you soon. For now, I hope you’re enjoying the last bits of summer before fall comes. Friday LinksHappy Friday friends! Well I’ve officially lived in New York for a week now and LOVE IT. Between unpacking and exploring it has yet to hit me that I’m actually here to stay and that I’m not just up for the weekend visiting Ryan. I’m sure it will hit me the more the apartment comes together and the longer I’m here though! I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been up to with decorating, but in the meantime, here are some links you won’t want to miss:

Tie dyed cheesecake?! Whatttt!

– Such an easy DIY way to get organized

– A pretty rainbow of book spines that you can do too!

– A much needed detox juice (made without a juicer!)

– Can’t wait to give these muffins a try.. with the detox juice I guess.

– Considering making this shelving unit for our apartment

PS If you’re in the Philly area, come to my Creative Mornings talk next week!
