If you’ve been shopping in any stores lately, you’ve probably noticed at least one item that was velvet. It’s really hard to escape this season. The fabric has come a long way it seems in recent years and is no longer that stuffy, cringe-worthy crushed velvet you may be thinking of right now. It’s actually nice enough, especially if it’s a blend, that you can cover yourself in head to toe and still feel totally comfortable. Perhaps that’s a tad too much, but you can at least have a velvet sofa without dating your home!
