Happy, happy Galentine’s Day friends! What better way to tell your BFFS you love them than to have them over for happy hour?! If you’re fighting the winter blues like I am, then this tropical cocktail will the perfect addition to any spread you whip up!
What you’ll need:
1.5 oz Pineapple vodka
2.5 oz Fresh squeezed OJ
1.5 oz Zico Coconut Water
Zico Coconut Water is perfect for this recipe because it’s not from concentrate, which means there’s no sugar added. Better to save those calories for all the VDay candy you know you’re going to inevitably going to eat, right? Plus nobody wants a hangover from a sugary cocktail!
For an extra adorable touch, make make your own coconut water heart shaped ice cubes. Just pour the water in the mold (found mine at Ikea) and chill overnight. Fresh pineapple on a skewer is also a fun way to serve fruit!
Chill all the ingredients, pour over ice to combine, then serve + enjoy!
