If you’ve been following along on Instastories, then you probably know 1. I love the ocean and 2. I’ve been watching a lot of ocean documentaries lately. This paired with the news that during the deepest dive ever completed we found a plastic bag in the Mariana Trench, it’s time for my PSA that we need to get it together.
Not all eco-friendly products have to be super granola, in fact there are several colorful + cute options out there these days! Here are 10 products to help you cut down on waste and plastic use:

Grocery Bags— if you tend to forget your reusable shopping bags, then these are perfect! They fold up into a small square and can be tossed into any purse.

Stasher Silicone Food Bags— non-toxic + dishwasher and microwave safe. Plus they come in several fun colors!

Beeswax Food Wrappers— cut down on single use plastic wraps and store your food with reusable beeswax food wrappers.

Rothy’s Shoes— a bit of a splurge for shoes, yes, but worth it. They’re super comfortable, washable, and made from post-consumer plastic water bottles. You can use this link for $20 off!

Glass Water Bottle— great for always having on you when out of the house and traveling to prevent those impulse plastic buys. Dishwasher safe and colorful options.

Reusable Straws— we all saw the depressing turtle video right? I personally love straws, so instead of getting rid of them, I just use a reusable one!

Produce Bag— skip using those plastic bags at the store and pick up reusable ones. You only use them for less than an hour but then they spend years and years in a landfill.

Wool Dryer Balls— a chemical free alternative to dryer sheets. Will also help cut down on dry time saving on electricity!

Reusable Coffee Mug — perfect for coffee on the go or even bring it with you to your favorite coffee shop. Some places will even give you a discount for bringing your own mug!

Bamboo Towels— not only will reusable paper towels save you money, but they’ll also reduce landfill waste and save some trees in the process!
If you have any other eco- products you love and use, please leave them in the comment!
