Ryan and I have really been trying to learn to cook this year, but there’s been something that bothers me about the process: running back and forth to the computer to check the steps of a recipe! Plus when we find a recipe that we like online, we have to search for a bit before we can find it again. So I said enough– it’s time for recipe cards!
Not only has this system changed cooking for me (so much more relaxing without any screens), but there’s something so sentimental and exciting about building up a recipe box to give to our kids + grandkids in the future.
I couldn’t find the design that I was looking for, so I had Megan Roy whip these up and man are they PERFECT! And now they can be yours too— and for free!
Download the front and the back images and print double sided or upload both images if you’re getting them professionally printed. The cards are 4″x6″ so be sure to double check that’s the right size for your recipe box. And if you don’t have a recipe box, there’s another project on the way that will take care of that for you!
Don’t forget to tag me (@thecraftedlife) so I can see these in use in your kitchen! I can’t wait to grow our recipe collections together!
