While you’re probably busy planning the perfect sundress to wear to the BBQ and pool parties you’ll be attending, don’t forget about what to bring for dessert. And because who wants to bake in this heat, if you want a quick and easy way to make a store bought pie look like a million bucks, then this ten minute DIY Pocky Pie Topper is for you! Here’s how:
Time: 10 minutes
Materials: star punch, glitter paper, double sided tape, Pocky

Be the hit of the BBQ with this DIY Fourth of July pie topper! When picking up your pie at the store, you can also pick up some Pocky! Not only can you eat the sticks when you serve the pie (and let’s be honest, when making the topper), but they also look like a sparklers! I went with strawberry because, hello, pink, but they also come in a variety of other colors and flavors.

10 Minutes or Less: DIY Glitter Dipped Sunglasses

Make these glitter dipped sunglasses in 10 minutes!Summer is for all things fun and easy, which is exactly what today’s project is all about! Using the items you probably already have on hand  in your home, you can give some cheap sunglasses a makeover in only 10 minutes. Because the more time you can spend on the beach instead of indoors this summer the better! Here’s how:

Time: 10 minutes
Materials: sunglasses, glitter nail polish, washi tape

Make these glitter dipped sunglasses in 10 minutes!Tape off where you want your glitter to be and then paint with the nail polish brush! It’s really not anymore complicated than that. I do recommend for your glitter polish to fine glitter since the space is so small.

10 Minutes or Less: DIY Polka Dot Vase

Create this mess-free polka dot vase in 5 minutes!If you’re in a pinch for where to put all of those beautiful spring tulips, then this quick DIY is for you! This polka dot vase is mess free, cost about one dollar to make, and can be whipped up in about 5 minutes. In terms of easy projects, I don’t think think could be beat! Here’s how:

Time: 5 minutes
Materials: dot stickers, jar

Create this mess-free polka dot vase in 5 minutes!For my jar I used an old pickle jar and removed the label. The dots are actually stickers I found at an office supply store. If they are out of the kind you like, you can also buy the teacher smiley face stickers and spray paint them.
