Today is February 1st which means I can finally go full force into Valentine’s Day. Next to Christmas, this is my favorite holiday to DIY for because everything is pink, red, and covered in hearts. Plus, the world is in desperate need of some extra love right now, so why not start with some crafts?
This project is so easy it’s ridiculous. Like, you couldn’t even mess it up after a bottle or two of wine (not that I’m speaking from experience or anything). Here’s how:
Time: 2 minutes
Materials: notebooks, stickers, pencil/ruler
The key to this project is finding non-cheesy vinyl letters. I found some in Helvetica typeface at Michael’s. They also come in gold! The notebooks are surprisingly enough from Ikea.
It helps to mark out of the center of your notebook before placing your letters. Hold a ruler in place to keep the letters in line. Or you can have them off center. Honestly you’re just sticking letters to a notebook– there’s no wrong way to do it.
These are great to keep on hand for your own use, or you can make a set, tie up with ribbon and gift with some cute pens! Oh and candy. Never forget the candy.
