DIY Rhinestone Flats
Well if didn’t think you could pull off wearing rhinestones in your hair or in your ears, there’s no way you don’t be able to wear today’s project, diy rhinestone flats! In one easy step you can take a cheap pair of shoes and transform them into something that looks like it cost you so much more. And the best part is that they take less than a half hour to make. Here’s how:
Once you have your design picked out, you’ll want to mark where to place your stones so that they’re even on both shoes. A small dot with a piece of chalk should do it. Apply a bit of E-6000 glue to the back of your rhinestone with a skewer or toothpick and set in place. Continue until your design is set.
Let dry for 24 hours and then you’re ready to wear your new shoes out on the town!
They add so much life to the shoe, don’t you think? I love all the places you can wear these too, whether it’s work, a night on the town, to pick up a pizza, etc. Plus let’s be honest, these will take your Instagram shoe selfie to a WHOLE new level.
